Tucson Trails is located on the Southwest side of Madison in the Westhaven Trails Neighborhood, just off Hwy PD and Muir Field Rd. Enjoy access to numerous parks, bike paths, shopping and dining venues minutes away. For those working in Verona, Madison, Fitchburg and Middleton, there is easy access to Verona Rd (Hwy 151), the Beltline, and Hwy PD (McKee). Our Spacious 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartments (1040ft) are available in two unique models. We also offer 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units in two unique models with garbage, gas and hot water included for all apartments. Each building offers secure entry with intercom in each unit, along with in unit washer/dryer. Tenants can also rent our Storage and Garage space, if available, for an extra fee. We require renters insurance. The 4 criteria the owner looks at for the application are credit check (owner is looking for credit scores to be in the 600 range or higher), background check, landlord reference, and income verification (owner is looking for income to be 3 times the value of the monthly apartment rent.) The owner allows either one small dog under 20lbs or up to 2 cats but not both. There are fees that go down with each animal $200 (refundable at move out) & $60 DNA Poo Prints (For Dog-Nonrefundable) and monthly pet rent is $30 a month per pet.
