    The Roscomare is a boutique apartment community located in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. In addition to all the features our apartments offer, The Roscomare also provides a large pool area with canyon views, gated entry, on-site management, on-site covered and assigned parking, on-site laundry facilities and a large furnished BBQ area for our residents to enjoy. The Roscomare is just over 3 miles from the UCLA campus and all that Westwood has to offer. Our location allows our residents easy access and multiple routes to almost anywhere in Los Angeles since we are under 2 miles from the 405 and Sepulveda Blvd., 3 miles from Beverly Glen Blvd, and a mile from Mulholland Drive. We are also located next door to one of the best public elementary schools in the city of LA, so our residents don't have to take on the burden of private school tuition through fifth grade.
