It is walking distance to Ralph s, Lazy Acres, Obet & Del's Coffee shop, Friends and Family cafe, Thai Town restaurants, Franklin Village and Los Feliz Village. There is plenty of Thai food near by and the metro right down the street. You will be more than pleased with this classic Hollywood style apartment. The units feature fully equipped kitchens, polished concrete floors, upgraded bathrooms, separate dressing rooms, spacious living areas and so much more! The units here have plenty of windows to let lots of light in. Upper floor units have sweeping views from Downtown to the Ocean, Hollywood Hills, Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory.
