We have Three two Types of Studios. The Studio that is 1095 has half a bathroom. The unit has new floors, new appliances as well. We also have a full studio with full bathroom for 1395
This building is right across the street from Los Angeles Center Film Studios. It is nestled west of the 110 Freeway and a mile away from the 101. This is the perfect location for someone that wants to live in the heart of the city but 1/4 mile from Downtown LA and 1 mile from Korea town. Grocery Outlet, Starbucks, and several lunch and dinner establishments are conveniently walking distance.
Tenants only pay for internet, water and trash. We also have a laundry facility in the building for tenants. There are several off street parking lots walking distance as well. As well as onsite cleaning staff at the building.
