     Management

    I suffered a near fatal accident in 2017 and my Personal Injury Lawyer advised me to move out of my Studio of 15 years in 2018. My attorney contacted my landlord and committed to personally pay the accumulated $6,700 outstanding balance caused by the accident once my legal case settles in late 2021. Therefore, the outstanding balance Will Be Paid by my Attorney and my attorney can attest to it over the phone, email or letter. But Property Managers are Refusing to tent to me due to the Accident Caused outstanding balance, even when I offer to pay FirstRent + LastRent + Security Deposit All at once at signing. I was a great tenant for 15 YEARS at the same Single Studio and only accrued an outstanding balance because I was the victim of a near fatal accident!
