Our renovated homes offer either a rich, dark cabinetry or fresh, white cabinetry, both accented by a smooth white quartz and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The baths offer all new cabinetry, fixtures and shower/tubs. A seductive vinyl plank is throughout the home, with plush new carpeting featured in the bedrooms. Our homes are spacious and range from 800 square feet to 1,332 square feet. All homes include central heat and air conditioning, spacious closets, private patio or balcony and assigned carport with storage area. And it doesn't stop inside the home! We are currently renovating our clubhouse and pool areas to include contemporary lounge areas, a game room, state-of-the-art fitness equipment and more! As improvements are ongoing, we encourage you to come by and see our community for yourself!
