It's a stand-alone building in the backyard of a Bluff Heights Cal Bungalow property-so no shared walls! The friendly resident of the front house has a beautiful vegetable garden alongside her chicken and quail coops. There's a PARKING SPACE included as well as FREE laundry in a brand new laundry area! Very small indoor. NO Pets.
