     Property

    Property was clean, prepared for showing, and quite acceptable. We ended up renting the unit after a lengthy conversation with the representative. A great match!

     Management

    Very professional property manager, met us on time, and was able to answer most of the questions we asked. She was very personable.

     Property

    Condominium was clean and some updates had been made. This complex is nicely located and backs up to a lake. More updates to the condominium could be made to make it more modern. Overall I like the condominium and the amenities that are included. However for the square footage available I feel it is slightly overpriced for a rental property.
