Scenic Heights is a community of four 3-storey buildings with 26 suites/building, offering bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom / one-bathroom homes. These homes offer private balconies and a community green space. Some suites feature views of greenspace, coulees and trails. A children's park is located across the street. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen and in-suite storage. Flooring options include carpet, laminate, vinyl plank and tile. Some upgraded units are available.
