Property
Typical bait and switch. Price listed online was not the price on the rental sheet in the leasing office and the price I received from the agent was even higher than the price on the rental sheet. Pictures of apartment do match pictures shown online. Appliances are not the same and there is no backsplash in the kitchen. Agent stated they started to put backsplash but it became too expensive. Then why post the pictures that have back splash? Price I was given at property was about $200 higher than the price listed online. Agent was nice but it’s definitely misleading when the price online is not the actual price of the unit and when the pictures online are the same as what the actual units look like. Was a waste of time to even go look at them. They should have told me prior to going that the prices were not even close to being the prices listed online . Untrustworthy company.
