Very helpful and nice, knowledgeable about the policies etc. She offered us bottled water.

Property
Buildings bunched together and not the cleanest, although they are doing some remodeling. Parking seemed limited and most units have a shared laundry facility. Units okay, no real central air and appliances were dated.
