They are very small units and may not work for everyone. After you have driven around the park, area, and neighborhood and are interested in moving forward please submit an application for review and pre-qualification. If the requirements are met then we will proceed with scheduling a tour. If the requirements are not met, we will cancel the application without screening you and refund you the full application fee.
