Management
The numbers on the website are incorrect besides the availability date is confusing. It has 2 different available dates (June 1 and Nov!). Left several messages and nobody contacted me back so meantime I also did a lot of research and found some other numbers to contact them asap. By the time somebody finally got back to me which took a long time for them to get back to me, the apartment already had an application!! Very bad information on listing with inconsistent availability dates, inconsistent pictures about the apartment, and worst of all incorrect phone numbers to get hold off the right person!
I am so sorry to hear about these difficulties. Changes to our management software and Zillow's listing policies have led to many struggles for us in communicating properly with our prospective renters. We are only learning of these problems as they occur so I am grateful to you for posting this review. I don't think we earned a one star review from your experience but I do understand that you are frustrated. We have recently lost a measure of control over the information in the listing due to the software changes I mentioned. It is now websites talking to websites, talking to other websites when we list a vacancy online. Not all fields are being translated properly in that process and we can not correct some information manually like we used to. We are still learning to correct these problem as we go and will edit listings the best we can to help future renters reach out to us for five star housing.
