    2 BR 1.5 bath townhouse apartment, east side of Lafayette, FLOORPLAN #1 - Crosspoint Apartments is located on Amelia Ave conveniently located off of Creasy Ln, behind Unity Health Care and next to the Franciscan Health hospital. It is down the street from Ivy Tech and the YMCA. It is also close to shopping, restaurants and is convenient to the interstate. Crosspoint apartments are furnished with all needed appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a washer and dryer. There are laminate/plank floors in the living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, ceiling fans are in the living room and bedrooms. There is a patio out the back door. There are two different styles of the 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouses. Both are approximately 994 sq ft. Both have the living room, kitchen, laundry and half bath all downstairs and the two bedrooms and the full bath upstairs. The difference between the two different 2 BR 1.5 bath townhouses are the number of closets and spacing in the upstairs of the apartments. This particular layout have a coat closet downstairs, a hall closet and a linen closet upstairs, and 2 closets in one of the bedrooms. This apartment also has a double bowl sink in the full bath. Whereas the other 2 BR 1.5 Bath townhouse layout does not have these things. The bedrooms are smaller in this apartment to compensate for the closets and bigger bathroom. The other 2 BR 1.5 bath has less closet space but bigger bedrooms. Please be sure to view the correct floor plan for the apartment that is available. Crosspoint is managed by different management companies. We now are managing 7 of the 10 buildings, on both sides of Amelia. Residents are responsible for electric and management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.
