It is down the street from Ivy Tech and the YMCA. It is also close to shopping, restaurants convenient to the interstate. Crosspoint apartments are furnished with all needed appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a washer and dryer, not to mention, plenty of closet space with some walk-in closets! There are laminate floors in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Also, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartment is spacious at 664 sq ft. It has the open living room and kitchen area. There is a patio in the back of the apartment and the uppers have a balcony. Crosspoint is managed by different management companies. We now are managing 7 of the 10 buildings, on both sides of Amelia. Residents are responsible for electric and management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.
