Great location, close to large mall , post office and Library. We have several units that have been renovated and are beautiful with new appliances , and cabinets and counter tops. light fixtures . We do upgrade to some degree every time we turn an apartment. Large floorplans with water, trash and pest control included in the rent. We offer a beautiful pool , tennis courts and a fitness center on site. Each garden apartment will have laundry facilities in the basement. Our residents are required to give a 30 day notice so we know that far ahead. We maintain an average occupancy between 99.7 % and 100% ..
