    Prices were listed incorrectly on zillow. Information I gave regarding move in date and appointment times were ignored. Fees were excluded from notes in zillow advertisement.

    This property is owned my Morgan properties which are a wonderful set of people. They answered me quickly about a tour request, called me the next day and confirmed anything and answered any questions. When we went to go tour, the agent showed units that were below our budget which was great to see. This is a great great value property in which you can make many upgrades to the cosmetics depending on your budget. The homes are set up to be only three floors high so it felt more like townhomes than apartments. The campus was huge and very spaced out. Personally, I felt that the balconies were kind of useless. They were small, overlooked the parking lot, and were kind of close to your neighbor so little privacy. The kitchens are galley kitchens. The area is KOP so it is more urban. Overall, this place is a great value especially for the area. The people are incredibly nice and quick with getting back to you.
