Property
The apartment I looked at was decent. The outside by the other apartments was dirty looking. Looked unkempt sidewalk was stained with dirt, garbage on the outside of the doors. Would not feel comfortable entering at night, it was set back in a corner. The demo one I looked was great, clean inside and out.
