Bring your paddle board or kayak and enjoy the amazing views of Mt. Rainier as you paddle around the lake. This unique 6+ acres parcel is the home to 18 private cabins. Rumor has it they were WWII era cabins that were summer getaways for Seattle families. These are rustic cabins and still have fuse boxes, so they won't handle a large electric load. $100-month flat rate utility fee for water, sewer, garbage Tenant to put gas and power in your own name No additional storage No W/D MOVE IN COSTS - Security deposit equal to one month of rent (additional deposits for pets) - First month's rent (If mid-month move in, we will prorate month number 2) - Application fee ($40 per person over 18, every person over 18 needs to apply) A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.      Management

    The person that held the tour and had all the information was very upfront and quick to communicate with messages. They answered within the day that the message was sent and we're very friendly

     Property

    The property was exactly as described. The location is ideal however the cabins are quite small but accurately described. Everything is quite small there is very little storage in closets. The bathrooms are quite small as are the bedrooms. However if you want a place on the water, this is where to go to get it at an affordable price.
