Live at Sun Ridge Apartments, a small controlled access building (individual pin code access) in Kenmore just a few blocks away from Safeway and the park and ride. We are privately owned with an onsite manager, 24 hour maintenance, and video surveillance. NOTE: Unfortunately, all studio units are currently occupied, and we don't anticipate any openings in the near future.
Unit 103 is a beautifully updated 600-square-foot, one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. Inside, you'll find all-new luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh carpet, and a fully repainted interior that gives the space a clean, modern feel. Rent is $1,675.00 PLUS a water/sewer charge of $75.00/month per person. Included in rent is one FREE reserved parking space with visitor parking available. Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat. $900 refundable security deposit.
At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record. Please note that applications must be completed in our office; we do not accept online applications.
