Sun Ridge Apartments

Live at Sun Ridge Apartments, a small controlled access building (individual pin code access) in Kenmore just a few blocks away from Safeway and the park and ride. We are privately owned with an onsite manager, 24 hour maintenance, and video surveillance. NOTE: The building is currently fully occupied, and the photos on the listing are from the most recently available unit. While we haven't received any official move-out notices yet, there's a possibility that a one-bedroom may become available later this summer. At this time, we require applications to be filled out in person after viewing the apartment. If you choose to fill out an application, there is a fee of $32.95 per person, payable by check, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A credit score of at least 680 is required, along with a clean criminal record.
