Located at the University of Nebraska Kearney's University Village, Element 30 is a community for all of Kearney. Our community is open to professionals, families, seniors, and students. We're completely open to the public. You don't need to be affiliated with the university to live at Element 30. When we say we're a community, we mean it. All of our residents have access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, and commons area. Enjoy multiple community events hosted by the property throughout the year and interact with your neighbors.
