This is a shared space in a 3 bedroom apartment located close to Carson Newman. This is not a pet friendly property. If you are a student with a co-signer, send in your own application. We will verify the last 5 years of residential history and verify the income (must be 3 times the monthly rent amount), We also run a credit/criminal background check (Minimum 600 credit score).
