    The property is being renovated so there are some rough areas but the apartment I was shown was beautifully updated.

    It was still under renovations. There is no washer dryer but there are hookups, but sadly it was in the master bedroom closet that was carpeted. Its just asking for mold! The place was very small and cramped.

    The manager Arielle is phenomenal! The property is so run down, dirty and needs totally renovated. They have new investors so it is looking up! I just can't wait until then.
