Some sound travels between floors. Fall Creek is a quiet, residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors who say hello as they pass in the street. There are many young children and retirees. Parking is on-street, and there is usually plenty of parking. You do have to move your car across the street each day in the winter. No smoking is allowed, and dogs are not allowed.
