    At the Crossing we welcome your approved pet. Pet fees for pets under 20lbs (at adulthood) $300 per pet with a maximum of two pets allowed. Pets over 20lbs (at adulthood) require a $500 pet fee and only one pet is allowed. Leashes are required if your pet is outside of your home and residents may walk their pets on the outter perimeters of the property. We love our responsible pet owners who pick up after their pets waste too !
