After touring the place id say it's much smaller than the pictures let on. It felt kind of misleading. The cabinets in the units look old and have all types of scuffs in them. Everything was definitely pretty outdated looking. Nothing impressive from a first walk through. The gym is very basic and small. I was told that theirs "dog walking paths" but that they're made by the residents moving sticks out of the way so definitely not up kept or intentional ones. The balconies from unit-to-unit are separated by a small bar ao you will likely be hanging out with your neighbor if you are out at the same time of day (I like my own private space to be private personally so im not a fan). Definitely not a luxurious place. Someone was complaining about "more noise" from upstairs as I was walking through so it seems that that happens often or that they have thin ceilings that allow that issue
