We have a newly updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with vinyl plank floors. Apartment #110 has a monthly rent of $625 which includes gas heat, water and sewer. Unit #110 is a low-level unit. Landlord pays garbage, mowing, and snow plowing. Tenant pays electric. The standard security deposit is $725, but may vary depending on screening results. There is coin laundry on site along with a storage unit for each apartment. We are currently renovating the exterior entries and hallways in addition to making updates to the outside landscaping.
