PLEASE NOTE: The yard is shared with the other unit on the property. From the living room, enter the hallway with even more built-ins, 3 bedrooms, and the main bathroom. There's also an attached garage. This home has a gracious layout with lots of nice light. The location is great, too. Hillsboro has lots to offer, and Intel is nearby. Walk to coffee at the Human Bean or tacos at La Mixteca, or take a picnic and head to Shute Park! Pet Policy: Small dogs up to 35lbs. Cats okay. 2-pet maximum. Smoking policy: Smoking prohibited on the entire premises Tenant pays for electric, water, sewer and garbage. Landscaping is included. SECURITY DEPOSITThe security deposit for this property will be at least equal to one month's rent. Based on the results of the tenant screening process, an additional security deposit may be required.
