We have multiple 1, 2, and 3 beds for rent and just reduced the prices for a quick rental. Our spacious apartments have beautiful quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated lighting, flooring and common areas. FREE heat and hot water included in the rent. There is a gated parking lot also that you need a tag to enter the building - this is a great security feature. One small dog allowed under 20 pounds, pet rent is $25 per month. No cats allowed . FALL RENT SPECIAL: Brand new 1 beds are $1,250 - $1,300, 2 beds are $1,475, and 3 beds are just $1,575.
