How to Apply: A completed application with application fee is required if you are interested in renting the property. The non-refundable application fee is $35 per person age 18 or older. You will need to provide proof of income for the most recent 30 days (if you are paid weekly, submit your last 4 paystubs; if you are paid bi-weekly, submit your last 2 paystubs). To meet income qualifications, applicants' combined weekly gross income must be near or equal to the monthly rent. We do not consider unemployment compensation. The application process includes a credit check, background check, landlord reference, and income verification. Unpaid eviction(s) and/or landlord judgment(s) may disqualify the application. Lease terms are one year, unless otherwise noted.
