Community amenities include a beautiful swimming pool, an elegant club room, a picnic area with barbecue grills, a tennis court, on-site laundry centers, and professional on-site management. All the little pleasures that make life enjoyable can be found at Broadmoor Apartments. PHENOMENAL COLLEGE DISCOUNTS Pet Policy : Pets Upon Approval. Dogs and Cats welcome with 25lb weight limit. Must have had health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. $250 or $500 pet fee, $50 pet rent for dogs, $35 pet rent for cats. Birds and fish welcome with written approval from our onsite management team. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. Breed restrictions apply, call for more details.
