Pets Upon Approval. Dogs and Cats welcome with 25lb weight limit. Must have had health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. $250 or $500 pet fee, $50 pet rent for dogs, $35 pet rent for cats. Birds and fish welcome with written approval from our onsite management team. Fish tanks are not to exceed 55 gallons. Breed restrictions apply, call for more details.
Terms of lease range from 9-12 months. 9 month term with a $100 premium per month.
