This units has AC units and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, and water. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric Pets are allowed, dogs have a 25 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable administration fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional 10 dollars per animal per month. There can be no more than two animal per apartment.
