The property has a laundry room onsite. The schools in this area are as follows, Gretna Elementary School, Gretna Middle School and Gretna High School. Owner pays for trash and water. Tenant pays for electricity/cable/internet. There is a maximum occupancy of 2 people. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. What do we look for in an applicant? All persons over 18 years of age must be on the application. Income should be 3.5 times the amount of expected monthly rent. Example: If the expected rent will be $350 $350 x 3.5 = $1,225 monthly income A credit score of 600 and above. A background and credit check will be conducted Good rental reference for at least 2 years or home ownership $45 Application Fee (Non-Refundable) to be paid before we will process your application (No Personal Checks).
