The majority of these beautifully designed apartments offer views of Long Island Sound over an adjacent 31 acre waterfront park.
Each Greenwich Shore apartment has its own central HVAC system, security alarm system, washers and dryers, abundant closets and a terrace or balcony. All buildings are equipped with handicapped accessible elevators which are excellent for elderly or people with disabilities. Each apartment comes with two parking spaces (one garaged) included in the rent! Separate climate controlled storage units are available onsite to rent as well. We will allow one indoor cat. No Dogs. Management
Property manager was excellent. He knew his product and showed me the available apartment. Unfortunately hadn't been properly vacated and smelled of mildew.
