Security Deposit is $850 per bedroom. Attached to the main house is a single-story accessory dwelling unit (ADU) of about 660 square feet. With its own kitchen, dining and living areas, a laundry room, one bath, and two bedrooms. Additionally, there is a detached ADU of roughly 685 square feet, which also includes a kitchen, dining and living space, a laundry room, one bath, and two bedrooms. Rent is $2000 per month or $1050 per month, per bedroom. Security Deposit is $2000 total or $1050 per bedroom. No Pets. Lease length include 9 or 12-month options. Pictures will be posted as they become available. Per Colorado Revised Statutes 38-12-902, Prospective Tenant is informed the following: 1. The Prospective Tenant has the right to provide to the Landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5) Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2. If the Prospective Tenant provides the Landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the Landlord is prohibited from: Charging the Prospective Tenant a rental application fee; or Charging the Prospective Tenant a fee for the Landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
