     Property

    Very dirty, need cleaning and paint. New flooring-poorly laid. Passthrough very small kitchen, kitchen had an open window to living area with bar counter, nice. Living room, bedrooms were nice size. Small bathroom. No real storage but did have a smallish storage closet at no cost available. Laundry on same floor. If size of bathroom and kitchen weren't important to u then a nice place. Garage space available but I didn't tour it.

     Management

    Polite manager. Agent who had made appt. Didn't show so mgr took me for tour.
