     Property

    Looks 'nice' but most units tend to be on small room dimensions. There is abundant storage in closets. It was explained that Sept. tends to have fewer new rentals, therefor the pricing of agreements tends to be lower when renewed at that time.

     Management

    Rep from other location was on hand to show apt. He seemed to be well versed on the essential items.
