The Reserve at Grengs Park offers "drama free" living in a relaxed setting with numerous community benefits. Because we are a smaller community of only 84 apartments, there is less noise, less move-in/move-out traffic and neighbors that know each other and offer a sense of community. The Property Manager lives on-site and knows each resident by name. She and our maintenance staff are readily available and always on hand to take care of any issue quickly and completely. Pools and playgrounds are great amenities, but they come at a cost what our residents enjoy most is the peace and quiet you find living inside a community with 45% open space and over 15 miles of walking and bike trails on site. Our residents feel their apartment is truly their home and feel safe and well taken care of in a community like ours. Each of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments come with in-unit laundry rooms, storage cage, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood laminate flooring, and spacious individual balconies which overlook acres of preserved wetlands and parks. Heated garage parking available for an extra fee. Residents enjoy our beautiful courtyard with bbq grills, trellis, fire pit, picnic area, dog park and a lush green lawn area great for gatherings and enjoying time with neighbors, friends and family. Nestled in the center of the award-winning Mill Creek community, you can live your life to its fullest at the Reserve at Grengs Park. If you would like to schedule a visit to see this exciting new apartment community in the heart of Mill Creek, please give us a call!

Geneva’s 60134 blends historic small-town charm with Fox River scenery and four-season Midwest living—crisp autumn color, snowy winters, and warm, breezy summers. Downtown along Third Street showcases 19th-century architecture, boutique shops, and a lively dining scene (Bien Trucha, Craft Urban, FoxFire, Nobel House), plus coffee spots like Graham’s 318 and Starbucks. Everyday needs are easy along Randall Road with Whole Foods Market and Geneva Commons, while fitness options include Orangetheory and local gyms. Green spaces abound—Island Park, Fabyan Forest Preserve with its windmill and Japanese garden, and Peck Farm Park—linked by the Fox River Trail and the Illinois Prairie Path spur for biking and jogging. The Metra UP-West Line station makes city commutes doable, and local festivals like Swedish Days, Festival of the Vine, and the Christmas Walk anchor a friendly, family- and pet-welcoming community with patio dining and riverside strolls. According to Zillow’s recent 60134 market trends, the median asking rent has been stable, with a typical range that varies by home size over the past few months.
