Additionally, on the patio are private washer/dryer hook-ups available for the resident to utilize. Upstairs is the main bathroom with large storage vanity, medicine cabinet, and tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms are very spacious with large built-in closets and ceiling fans for summer comfort. The rental has privacy blinds throughout. Each rental is assigned a single vehicle garage, and one additional space if needed in the onsite parking lot. Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet and provide their own fridge.
