The Contemporary Style features white marbled quartz countertops and white shaker cabinets. The Traditional Style features brown speckled laminate countertops and dark wood cabinets. If you're working from home, some bedrooms, dining rooms, and living rooms are even large enough to dedicate space to a home office! Smart-access gates and door locks allow residents to move throughout the community and into their homes using a smartphone. Our gated, pet-friendly community includes a 24-hour fitness center, community workspace with WiFi and a printer, a resort-style pool with cabanas, and picnic areas with grills. Private garages and covered parking spaces are available to rent throughout the community. Monthly rent includes front-door trash pickup and a Technology Package with high-speed internet and WiFi.
