The space can be locked up early with an approved application and a $400 holding that converts to your deposit at lease signing. If it is still listed, it is still available. You can absolutely lock it down at any time with an approved application and a Holding fee (Which becomes your deposit paid in full at lease signing, just understand that until you sign, it is a FEE). Nothing is off the market until it is secured with a holding fee. YOU SHOULD SEE THE VEIW OF DOWNTOWN. Penthouse studio on the Penthouse level. Wide open hallways lead to your apartment. There is a very large single room with a kitchen wall. The kitchen wall has an apartment sized gas stove and refrigerator, along with a sink and cabinets. A large closet area leads to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Extremely limited off street parking can be discussed, but just plan on street parking. Laundry on property. Up to 2 Cats and other non-barkers are welcome with a 1 time $200 pet fee and $20 a month per pet Tenant pays a monthly $25 water/sewer fee. All Utilities included. The ideal candidate(s) will have a minimum credit score of 650, no active collections, no felonies, no violent charges of any kind, zero evictions, and have a (combined) Net or take home (IN YOUR POCKET after taxes) income of 3 (Three) times the posted rent. If you do not qualify traditionally, you may use a well qualified and collectable co-signer or put down 2 months of rent as an additional deposit.
