Shaun was always super friendly, helpful, and in top of things. He doesn't work Mondays so if you apply after hours Saturday, you'll hear back Tuesday.

Their "no deposit" claim is really "low deposit with No refund." Totally bogus. Between the $250 mandatory, nonrefundable "administration fee" that's really an exorbitant application fee and the $30/month deposit waiver fee, you pay over $500 for a 12 month lease but you never get any of it back. With how fast they process applications they could collect well over $1000 a week just from those application fees. The apartments are beautiful though and the prices are pretty reasonable. The people are also very friendly and helpful
