We are centrally located near the Foothills Mall, Colorado State University, and Front Range Community College. We offer one- and two-bedroom apartments, with fully equipped kitchens, double pane windows and sliding glass doors, and private balconies. We are located on a beautiful 17 acre property! We have brand new amenities' including a heated saltwater therapy pool & jacuzzi, brand new professional grade sports courts with stadium lighting, a dog run, community garden, etc.! Having 17 acres, we do not charge for parking nor do we have parking permits as we have plentiful parking spaces. Your guest and yourself may come when they please and do not have to worry about being towed for staying the night. We also include water, sewer, and trash in your rent. Rent starts as low as $1380 per month. Our security deposit is $400, with a $45 application fee per applicant and a $45 application fee per cosigner. You don't need an appointment to see one of our wonderful apartments, just stop by!
