     Property

    The complex itself is very old. Outside balconies are too small. Your neighbors are all over you! People next to you and on top of you. You pay all the utilities and you have to have renters insurance before you move in. The whole place is just too old and not worth the $1,050 they want for a 2bd 1bth. I'm gonna pass on this one.

     Management

    Typical hard sell about only having one place left. Profiles prospective residents. Isn't truthful about the apartments. Friendly but forgot I had an appointment for a tour.
