Each applicant must complete our application and pay the $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Minimum credit score of 680 is required and gross income must be at least three times the monthly rent, otherwise a guarantor may be required. If an applicant has a credit score less than 550, the application will not be approved regardless of whether a guarantor is available. If approved financially, all applicants will then have to submit to a criminal background check before final approval.
