    Grounds were nicely kept. Nice size balcony or patio but can be quite close to your neighbor. Quiet neighborhood.

    It was very nice. It's just smaller than what I am looking for, and now W/D in unit. It also had several other fees associated with the unit like, a parking permit, that I was not comfortable with.
