Palisade Park

Palisade Park provides a healthy, attractive rental community, while blending in architecturally with the predominant styles of Ephraim, Utah. The 6 apartment buildings and common areas are laid out to take the best advantage of the site's location and the surrounding area. The project's grassy play areas and other open areas produce a distinctive and eye-pleasing complement to the surrounding environment. Palisade Park is a 36-unit rental housing community. A total of twenty two-bedroom, thirteen three-bedroom and two four-bedroom units are built to meet your needs. A minimum of three units will be fully handicapped accessible, and four units will be set-aside for use as transitional housing for families who are victims of domestic violence. This affordable housing community includes several amenities such as areas available for recreation, with tot lots and playground equipment, 1.5 to 2 parking spaces per unit, a community laundry facility, on-site leasing office.
