This is a ground level two bedroom, 1 bath home with its own private patio. Fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. This home is located just one block from the University campus. NO NEED TO CALL! Some homes are available for self showings, while others will require a guided tour. RESPONSE TIME: We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. We respond to ALL inquiries. Applications are $50 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers. We DO NOT answer screening criteria qualification questions over the phone. PETS: Small dogs and cats are approved on a case by case basis. Applicants must verify with management regarding specific pets and go through a pet screening process. The pet application is $25 each and if approved, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 due at move in, and pet rent of $50 per month. *Management does not guarantee that your pet will be approved. MOVE IN COSTS: A holding fee of $1,000 is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied as a non-refundable administrative fee of $250 and a non-refundable carpet cleaning/cleaning fee of $750. First months rent and Security Deposit are required at move in.
