Communication with the front desk/management office was simple and straightforward while being friendly and welcoming.

Property
Property overall looks nice. Updated appliances, flooring, surfaces, etc. “Balcony” size is minuscule, only enough space to stand on (basically built for smoking only). Spaces seem cramped, partly due to the HVAC unit being in the living room area. You would definitely be paying for the amenities here, not the tiny living space.
