    The townhomes at The Shores on Broadway are affordable tax credit units that are very spacious. There are income requirements have to be met in order to qualify for the units. These income requirements vary and are based on the household size and the specific unit available. Most of our 3 and 4 bedroom townhomes are three levels. All townhomes include washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. All townhomes are electric. Each unit controls their own heat/air. The Shores on Broadway has private parking lots and it is located in the downtown area of the Harbor of East Chicago Indiana.
