Hickory Hill apartments offers a two bedroom, one bath apartment for rent! The apartment comes with stove, dish washer, and fridge. The common area has washer and dryer for laundry. This unit have forced air and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, water and gas. These apartments are a short 5-minute drive to the town of East Aurora and all that it has to offer! Pets are allowed, dogs have a 30 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable pet deposit of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional 10 dollars per animal per month. There can be no more than two animal per apartment. Tenants are responsible for electric.
