Hickory Hill apartments offers a one bedroom, one bath apartment for rent! The apartment comes with stove, dish washer, and fridge. The common area has washer and dryer for laundry. This unit have forced air and forced heat. The landlord takes care of snow removal, lawn care, trash, water and gas. These apartments are a short 5-minute drive to the town of East Aurora and all that it has to offer! Pets are allowed, dogs have a 30 pound weight limit. All animal will have a non refundable admin fee of 500 dollars. All pets will cost an additional fee per animal per month.
